Behind the Story
Little Fish is Hungry is one of Renee’s favourite picture books. She loved the illustrations in The Ticklish Turtle and decided to write another book set under the sea so she could use that watery world again. She thought the little fish was cute, but was not sure how to fit all the other sea creatures in until she decided the little fish would try to eat them all, only to discover they would not fit in his mouth.
