Behind the Story

Renee kept working through the pets she had known over the years and realised birds deserved their own book too. Her bird memories include a canary, a budgie, a cockatiel and another budgie, each bringing its own sound, colour and tiny burst of personality. This Bird grew from those pet memories and the fun of turning bird behaviour into rhyme.
